I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

I'm going to get to it.

I am in a hurry up and wait mode and I hate it! Lots of things are on my plate and they pick at my mind and worry me but I can’t do anything about them just yet.

Cleaning – Trust me, at my house there I no need to clean early it will only get trashed again.

Cooking – All the stuff I am cooking will have to be done that day or the day before.

Packing – I am going on vacation right after the reunion for 5 days. Between the weight loss and being too cheap to buy lots of clothes I can’t wash and pack everything now.

Being with Eva after surgery – Well that is really going to have to wait until she has the surgery. It’s always something!

Really what can I do but blog? Sadly Nick sees it differently. He doesn’t see the waste in cleaning when it might have to be done again. I mean this is the kind of man who sees value in making a bed when you are just going to get back into it that night. Geeze! Please friends email me! Then I can honestly say “I’m not blogging, I am answering emails.” He may not see the distinction but he might. It’s worth a try!

Nice way around it!! LOL I have an idea... why don't you just come on up here now and stay through the surgery. That way you won't have to worry about anything. Sound like a plan?

  2. Hmmm.. Email on the way!!!!! Make the bed when you're getting back into it... what a concept... Wonder what PS would think if ours was made? I'll have to try that sometime! Maybe you could make it then sleep on the floor until after the guests have come?

  3. PK dear girl, don't worry, it'll all come out in the wash.
Carye, I'm not sure that's a good idea, PK sleeping on the floor, mustn't start Nick thinking in the M/s direction. *G*
    Warm hugs,

  4. I agree; there's no point in cleaning it until 2 hours before the guests are due to arrive!

  5. When ever I call or e-mail Mthc she is cleaning, cooking or laundry. Oh yes and blogging. You all have alot to do. When do you just rest and have time for yourself?

Make the bed? You just have to get back into it to sleep or other things hehehe.

    *hugs and grins*

  6. You have mail..grins...

  7. Twin that is one of the best ideas you have had!

We don't want to shock the guys and we always what to be about to have the bed ready to jump in just in case.

I'll sleep anywhere just as long as Nick is beside me!

    You are a wise women!

My computer time is my rest and relaxation. I find myself longing for it during busy days.

I always grin when I have mail!

  8. If you clean too soon it will just be dirty again. PK I think it is great you are going to take care of Eva, but do you speak Northern?

Allow me to introduce myself... I'm Miss Remiss... your neighbor who hasn't been to visit in AGES. Can you believe that every one of the posts on your front page were new to me??? Gawd, I'm so ashamed!

I agree completely about the cleaning/cooking thing. Why do today what you can put off 'til tomorrow?

Your Potter weekend sounded WONDERFUL!! If there's anything I love more than our beaches it's our mountains (and of course, getting spanked in the mountains is my most favorite experience of all time!). Your pics are beautiful... you must tell me where you went, I'd love to visit on my next trip west.

Whew! Now I feel caught up.

    *southern hugs* Suzy

  10. Theresa,
I guess it is time to clean now. No I don't speak Northern but I am taking the lap top and we can sit across the room and talk that way.

Everyone is busy these days so I completely understand. I hope you got all well while you were at the beach.

I will email you where I stayed. it was great and if you come this way we can go out to eat!
