I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Boys have their problems too...

I gave you the update on Mollie yesterday so I thought I would tell you about LJ today. Theresa maybe you would like to skip this post. There is nothing bad in it but you may not need to hear it.

LJ is fine. LJ is becoming a man. He is moving away from me into his own life. I still hear from him often, usually late at night. But coming home is not high on his list of things to do. He was supposed to be home before Eva and Adam come, since they are getting his room. But he can’t make it. He has gotten the lead in a student produced film at the NC School of the Arts. It is only a 5 minute film but it will be seen by folks that cast for other projects.

That films one weekend and the next weekend is Colin’s birthday. He is going to LJ house for the weekend and they are having a big party after going to see a play. LJ loves me and I know it, but his life is becoming fuller with people and events that I know nothing about. I miss him. But all is not lost he still needs money. Well I guess that is something.

Now I liked the survey from yesterday but I will try another so help me out here folks!

What time of day is your favorite for spanking?

When you wake up.
Afternoons.
Just before bedtime.

  3. I don't have children so I don't really know but it must be difficult at that time when they start to branch out on their own.

Have fun when Eva and Adam arrive.

  5. PK, dear girl, if you raised them right, and I'm sure you have, then you will never lose them.
The poll works fine, I like it better than the last.
    Love and warm hugs,
    Paul.

  7. Oops! Left my comment under the poll. As for kids, no matter how tall or old they get etc, they're still YOUR kids. Cowboy's been a kid since they invented broccoli (ancient times) and fortunately, he's not likely to read this...

Now, admit it. Who wants to eat ancient veggies?

  8. Our oldest acts sometimes younger that our yougest and the youngest thinks he's my age. They will both do anything you ask them to. Did I really say that?

  9. Dove, I was lucky that as LJ left for college Nick and I really found each other. I miss my son but I am enjoying my life!

    C.C,
When LJ makes it famous I am going to out myself and invite all my blogging friends to his opening!

    Paul,
He will always be mine, I have no doubt of that but I stil miss him.

    Mthc,
That sure sounds better than "Mom I need money!"

Sar, You and Cowboy are two of my favorite kids out here!

    David,
You will have to tell me how you pull that off!

Eva, I enjoy your blog! I think you will find that the pain of letting go is matched by the joy of seeing them grow. Poignant, exciting, terrifying but wonderful, still! My little girl is coming home from college this week. I blinked and she is 19! My son just turned 21, and those baby cheeks have a full beard and I have to look up since he is 6'1". But...they are becoming really interesting and thoughtful people and we can share ideas. It is wonderful! Enjoy every moment! Sara

  11. I love reading about your children. My one son Sam is a grown man now and my greatest joy is seeing what a good man he has turned out to be. Truly as far as I am concerned that is what matters most in life. His love and caring for his friends and family to say nothing of the belly laugh he has had since he was a baby.

Best of everything to LJ and Molly.
    Hugs,
    Purple Angel

We both agreed near bedtime. So much easier to relax when there is nothing left to do in the day. Can take our time. Looks like most agree too!
