I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Still working on weight!

I haven’t given up on the weight loss. After all it was Nick’s willingness to help me with my weight loss that got him interested in trying out some real spanking in the first place. He has helped me stay pretty consistent. Yes I have to be the one to stay with it of course, but he sure has made it interesting! And since we began all this I have lost over 40 pounds!!

Week before last I lost 3.6 pounds which is much better than usual but his past week I had gained a pound back. Now I didn’t get spanked for that because our scales can be really screwy. It can tell me I weigh a pound and a half different with in a half hour even if I haven’t eaten a bite. In other words when I lose it is working – when I gain the scales are screwy!

But according to Nick if I don’t lose some this week the hair brush will make a reappearance. We have way too many fun toys for that unforgiving this to make a come back. If I get to change the middle number on the scales someday, I will share any tips I have used during this journey.

Something I always used to puzzle about is how our hairbrush can feel like fun when all is well, and like the devil's bit when used as punishment. Then I came to understand its all in the mindset.

Good luck with staying away from it.

    Hi PK:
That's fantastic keeping up with the weight loss, even after all of those holiday meals and meals on vacation. I guess the dreaded hairbrush will be a good motivation to keep on track.
I've said it before and I will say it again, your husband is a gem. You've been a great inspiration to me, to keep on track, or at least try to keep on track!
    Take care

  8. Love it, good for Nick to help and give you support.
Good luck with the weight so the hairbrush doesn't come out.
Mmmmm I need a litle motivation with getting back to jogging, maybe leave a little hint.
    Thanks PK.

  10. Over forty pounds?! That's great! you should be so proud. And I know what you mean about screwy scales. I've been working on losing weight since the first of the year, and my scale at home is horrible. I weigh once a week at the gym on their much more reliable scale. That way I feel like I get an accurate number, and it's an incentive to go to the gym. Good luck this week. I hope the hairbrush doesn't make a reappearance.

  11. Geee I think I have a similar threat pending! Except... we don't have a hairbrush! :-)

Hope the scales are wonderful and kind!!! :-) Of course if it was a 3.6 loss last week, then well, staying even or so for a week is a ok in my book!

    Love

  12. Lessa,
I doubt you have the amount to lose that I did. But having your man back you up can really help.

    Todd and Suzy,
    Thanks. I'll keep working.

    Triplet,
    You got that right!!

    M:e,
You sure got that right! Then mood of the spanking is everything.

    Greenwoman,
I could never have lost this much without Nick's help.

    AG,
When we started this nearly 3 years ago I never thought I would stick with it and I really never thought Nick would hold me to our agreement! I was wrong on both counts!

    K,
Our entire lives have changed - for the better!

    Ronnie,
Giving your husband the idea to spank as motivation to keep you healthier is opening up a new can of worms. But you will reap great benefits!

    Thanks Grace,
He is still on the job for sure. I do not like the hairbrush! I plan to stay healthy!

    Belle,
I am proud of the 40 pounds. On other diets I never lost more that 5 or 6 pounds before I lost interest. Nick has made it clear that losing interesting and giving up is not an option!

    Carye,
Oh girl, watch out for that strap!! I hope the scales are kind to both of us.

Well done PK, 40 pounds is awesome. Keep up the great work and don't let the scales get to you. Just keep on keeping on and you will get to your goal.

    Hugs
