I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Can you see me now?

I just got a wonderful phone call from a friend! Carye had surgery this morning. Don’t worry she really wanted to have it! She had surgery on her eyes so that she can throw away her glasses. She said it only took about 15 minutes and that there was no pain. And best of all – she can SEE! Without her glasses! Like me she has been wearing glasses since she was a kid so this is a very special day!

Papa Shrek is taking good care of her. Her mom kept the kids last night so that they could have a date. And I imagine she is being well pampered today also. After she has gotten used to everything I’ll ask her to write something so we can know if she thinks it’s worth it. Glad everything turned out so well Carye!

  1. WOW! Glad to hear things went well and you can now SEE!

So, does this mean you're going to start your own blog?

I know, the two things have nothing in common, but....a girl can ask!

  2. Carye! I am so happy for you! Several of my friends have had this and been quite pleased. I am glad things went so smoothly for you.

I think Graces' idea is a wonderful one! Think about it.

  3. Carye, I hope you are healing well. That is great that you can now see well. My husband has looked into surgery for his eyes though has not taken any real steps towards it. Take care! :-)

  4. Glad things went well for you.Hope you recovery is quick..
