I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

A reward worth working for

I don’t talk about it much, I leave the weight loss reports to Todd and Suzy, but I am still working on it. I am still going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. I am finally seeing some results. And it’s been a long time since I have seen any results – last February to be exact. That’s a long time to be playing with the same 5 pounds up and down. I don’t know if I have it mastered yet but I figure one of us eventually has to give up – it’s either me or the extra weight. If I refuse to give up trying to get to a healthy weight then the extra fat is going to have to give up sometime.

I have changed my eating habits since the week before Thanksgiving. I don’t know if I can keep it up but it is working for the moment so I am going to keep trying. It looks like I might just get that reward I have been working so hard for. I haven’t told anyone what this is yet (well very few) but if you have been reading long and I tell you it is something I really, really want maybe you can figure it out – leave a comment if you have a guess.

  1. Is it a puppy?
PK I'll take those pesky 5 pounds. I'm trying to put weight on!
    Hugs, Jay

  2. I hope you get your reward...keep up the good work.

    Hi PK:
I am still fixated on going to the gym 4-5 days a week! I am seriously impressed. I think my husband would have to chase me around the house with a BATH BRUSH to get me out of the house and go to the gym. (or would that make me stay home? hmmmm). It's especially impressive to be so vigilant around these holidays that are so food and treat based. I know at my job, everyone brings in their left-over pies cookies etc and it is soo tempting. Self control is not one of my best areas when it comes to sweets!I am pretty careful when it comes to food, but sweets is a different story. Anyway I was wondering if your reward mite involve some traveling?
    Thanks for your support
    Take Care,

  4. Hmmm... a puppy AND some traveling... how about THAT combo? But no, I wouldn't guess a puppy and I'm not even sure about the traveling, unless you and your twin had planned a trip of a lifetime.

I guess I qualify to guess, or I did before I basically fell off the face of the earth and stopped reading for months... give me a clue? Would I have needed to read in those few months or back when I WAS faithfully dropping by?

Either way, huge congrats on the weight loss! And pass it on over to my cousin... she needs it!!!

Hugs, big ones, to you and Nick,

  5. PK, I wish you all success, as for your reward someone to come in and do the cooking and cleaning, or a car for Mollie?
As for that 5lb, Jay could really use it.
    Love and warm hugs,

  6. OK so maybe it's not a puppy. Hmmmm ummm oh how about for Nick to dress up as Santa and give you a christmas spanking?

  8. i like Jflame's second idea..

  9. J,
If it were possible you would be welcomed to the 5 and about 20 more. Puppies are wonderfu even though I am more of a kitten person.

Thanks I have my fingers crossed.

To be honest I am amazed that I go to the gym that often myself but I have been doing it for 2 and a half years now. I spend that time ming-blogging. And the real bonus is Nick has supper ready when I get home. But it was really hard to keep going when I wasn't losing.

Travel? Any suggestions of a good place to go in the winter.

You qualify to guess but the question is - did you get it right? Nice to see you around.

Mollie and Nick do most of the cooking and cleaning and we did get Mollie a car to drive - so I really already have my reward.

And Jay is welcomed to the weight - just tell me where to send it!

Okay Jay now you have hit on a wonderful idea! Yeah Mthc, she is on to something now!

  10. Ok so its either something to do with Nick, a santa suit, a spanking or all three.
How about Nick as Santa and you are the naughty elf who labled the presents wrong and Santa found out and decided to use all of the Naughty Switches on you Thus ensuing that next year you will be more careful?
You as Mrs Claus (in a cute suit) and Santa comes home to find that Mrs Claus has put the wrong cookies and cocco so he just has to use his Reindeer whip on her butt?
Nick has to work late on christmas eve and has asked you to put the presents out and fill the stockings etc.. But he does not know about your Santa suit. When he walks in around 1am he see's a cute you in said suit and just can't resist?
I have got more but I'll let someone else have a go.

  11. Please enjoy your reward whatever it may be... :-)

Yeahhh! Good for you! Sometimes you just can't get a handle on it until you're ready - sounds like you are. Good luck and great work!

  16. PK,

Shucks, the 4 - 5 day a week workout schedule is impressive. Quick question, are you tape measuring? I am wondering if you are steadily building muscle, getting tighter and effectively shrinking and the dratted five pounds that is hanging around is just water?

Hmmmm, a nice long weekend in the room farthest from everyone else for some long, intense play. With new lingerie for a private fashion show.

That might get me off my duff,

    :) Pretty

Well done PK, weightloss takes effort and a lot of it. 4-5 days a week working out is what it takes along with watching your food intake.

Keep up the great work and enjoy your well deserved reward whatever it is.
