I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Sore

Yep, I’m a little sore. I have a feeling it might get worse. I’m doing what Nick and I agreed on, getting serious about the weight loss.
I’ve been exercising. Not killing myself, but definitely breaking a sweat. I’ve been riding the bike and playing on the Wii mostly. I like the boxing on the Wii, but it makes your arms sore when you first start. But it’s not really my arms I’m worried about.

I wrote Nick last Tuesday as he’d asked me to. I told him my weight loss idea and what I’d planned to do. I also directed him to my post and asked him to read the comments too. Then I got an email from his saying that he really liked my ideas and was sure I'd do well, but also adding:

Nowhere in your email or blog post did you specifically address one of my primary points.  Your recent lack of effort has already earned you the good spanking that you haven't received recently.  This is independent of future consequences.  If I wasn't clear, forgive me, my fault since I know were listening. I will provide more info later, but I wanted to make sure you understood and had time to get mentally prepared. This will hopefully be something that will provide some motivation for a new wave of increased effort and success.

Evidently I was focusing on what he wanted me to do and not
listening to what he was saying. I’m guessing many of you know how I feel. A little excited, a little worried, happy he’s serious, wondering if I want all this again, remembering that spankings hurt, remembering how good it feels when the spanking itself is over. Yeah, I’m doing a lot of thinking. Is he?  Does he remember about the warm up? Does he remember it’s been a long time? Does he know I want this and worry at the same time? And does he remember how important hugs are afterwards?

Could be an interesting weekend. There may be soreness that has nothing to do with exercise.

  1. Hi PK, good on you, and good on Nick too. He is serious about helping you. I definitely relate to all of those emotions and I bet Nick is thinking too. Maybe talk to him before about how you are feeling.

This is a good thing and it will be ok, even if you won't be sitting comfortably for a while.

    Hugs

  5. The expression, "No pain, no gain" is taking on a whole new meaning for you, Missy. I will say little prayers to St. Azotaina that Nick keeps to his intentions. It will be the best thing that ever happened to you.
