I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

I can't believe it, NINETEEN YEARS!

I don’t blog much except for Saturday Spankings these days. But I didn’t want this anniversary to go by unnoticed. I began this blog nineteen years age. And thank heavens I was here for the heyday of blogging. It was so much FUN! I met the most wonderful people. Many I’m still friends with today. Meeting in person was a real blast and I’ve met up with some of these friends in California, Navada, Ohio, Texas and Florida as well as my home state. I’ve lost some people from here too that were very dear to me, Paul, David and Bas to name a few. Their friendship, as well as their loss, made everyone out here more real to me.

I was able to become Cassie out here and while I regret how it all happened, I’m so happy I was able to bring her to life in the books. I’m the slowest writer in the world but there is one more book and I hope to have it finished by the end of the year.

My children are healthy and happy and best of all, self-supporting! LJ and Collin still love their city and their work. Mollie is beginning her eleventh-year teaching and she loves that. Her two beautiful goldens are still with her as well as her two cats.

Nick and I are healthy and happy with one another. We’ve been together for over forty years now. The early blogging years were a really good time for us. We don’t swing from the chandelier as much as we used to but we’re still good. He’s a great husband and I’m still working on being a good wife.

I realize not many people leave comments anymore and that’s okay. But please know I always have and always will love to hear from you.

Saturday Spankings - The final word

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. In today’s snippet from On the River, Tom wants to know what Cassie said to Cal to make him so angry. Cassie’s having a hard time knowing Tom won’t believe her any more than Cal did.

Cassie sighed. “I told him Cooter didn’t kidnap me. I said that I went with him voluntarily.”

“Why…why did you tell him that?” Tom questioned, incredulously.

Cassie said nothing.

“Did you expect him to believe you?” Again, Cassie remained quiet.

“Do you expect me to believe you?” he asked in absolute wonder, his voice rising a bit in volume.

Cassie sank onto the loveseat and buried her face in her hands. “I don’t care if you believe it,” she whispered. “I only care that you accept what I’m saying.”

“Okay, you’re evidently too tired to think straight,” Tom told her. “Let’s get some sleep.”

Later

Her sigh caused Tom to stir and she rolled over in his arms to face him. “I told Cal what I told him and I’m not saying anything different no matter what. I mean it, Tom.”

“Tell me why you said that,” Tom demanded.

Cassie got up to dress as she told Tom every detail of her time with Cooter. “I think he was serious about killing himself when we first started talking. I don’t know Tom, he still might do it. But for the moment, for this moment, he’s willing to try to make his life better. Well, as ‘better’ as it can be in prison. All he’s done that they can easily prove, everything from the last trial, the shooting at the Burtons and his horrible attack on Jenny – he’ll be in prison for my lifetime, probably. But kidnapping could carry a life sentence for him. I don’t want that. He needs the hope of getting out someday. I’m never going to say he kidnapped me. I won’t do it.”

Tom was struggling to keep an open mind. The man had put his hands on his wife. He had forcibly taken her away. He could never forgive that and he wanted him put away for life.

But Cassie didn’t. Sometimes, at times like this, Tom could only look at this stubborn, amazing woman and wonder who he’d married.

Tom shook his head in disbelief as he listened to what Cassie was saying. He’d rarely felt so torn. Part of him wanted to grab the ivory brush and wear Cassie out until she came to her senses and told Cal the absolute truth. But he could see that, as much as he hated this, she wasn’t talking about some foolish whim. She’d made a firm decision and she wouldn’t be changing her mind. He couldn’t agree with it; he couldn’t even completely understand it. All that was left for him to do was to accept it and support his wife.

~~

They were both put to the test at dinner. The family rejoiced as if Cassie had returned from the dead. They hugged and touched and talked. Lily bustled around in the kitchen beaming that her ‘Missy’ was home and safe.

When everyone had gathered, including Jenny, but not Cal, Cassie asked for the floor. “You all know how happy I am to be home. But I need to tell you all something and then I’m not going to discuss it again – ever. Are you all hearing me?”

Everyone gave Cassie a puzzled look and she continued. “Cooter Duncan’s real name is Matthew. Matthew came here last night, well really this morning and asked me to come with him so we could talk. I did, and eventually he decided to turn himself in. That’s what happened here last night. I know he put you through a horrible ordeal Jenny. His actions were inexcusable and he’ll pay for them. But he did nothing to me.”

There was silence in the room as they all continued to stare, expecting her to go on. Lily came to the kitchen island adding her bewildered look to everyone else’s.

Finally, Sue asked, “And why are you trying to feed us this crock of shit?”

“I’m through discussing it,” Cassie told them firmly. “Does anyone need their drink refreshed?”

Later, Cal arrives…

He turned to Cassie. “Are you ready to tell me what actually happened now?”

Cassie took a deep breath and looked him in the eye. “I’ve already told you,” she answered.

“What about you?” Cal asked, turning to Tom. “Are you going to let her get away with her lie?”

All eyes turned to Tom as most realized this was their question too. Everyone there knew how Tom felt about lying. He was a straight by the book law and order man. There was not one person present who didn’t know that Cassie was spanked if she lied to Tom, and that included ‘hedging’ and lies of omission as well. There were worried eyes all around the table, watching Tom and waiting for him to speak.

“I trust what Cassie told me. She has my full support,” he told those gathered.

You’ll find a unique community on the river - dominant men, strong women, intense love and loyal friendships. Most of the couples here live a domestic discipline lifestyle where the husbands are the head of the household. It can’t be said that these ladies always follow their husbands’ lead and the men often have their hands full trying to keep up with their fun-loving and headstrong wives. Spanking is part of their lives, but usually it’s for the sexy fun of it all … usually.

This first book in a new series by PK Corey follows the funny, quirky and romantic escapades of Cassie and her friends, Sue and Annie, as well as the younger generation who are all involved in solving a problem from Cassie’s past.

Cassie’s Space series

These ten books introduce Cassie. She is my friend and has been since she wandered into my imagination fifty-four years ago. She is married to Tom, the man who loves her in a way that makes my heart nearly burst with happiness for the two of them. He loves her, guides her, protects her and when necessary, spanks the fool out of her. I’ve been told that their adventures are exciting, funny and realistic. Their love-life is passionate and fulfilling – but you’ll hear no graphic details, Cassie is a lady and giving too much detail would not be proper.

Cal’s Law series

Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.

On the River series

In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!

These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking enthusiast, I know you'll enjoy it.

I’ll close today with a review on the latest book. This is one of the finest reviews I’ve ever had.

Starting with the first Cassie book until now, I have never been disappointed or failed to wait expectantly for the next one.

Saturday Spankings - Talking to the police

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. In this snippet from On the River, Cassie was able to talk Cooter into turning himself in. During the call Cassie tells Cal where to come and to tell his men to stay calm. She and Cooter would walk out together and he would do as they commanded him to. Once Cassie is home, Cal tells her he has to interview her. She doesn’t want to talk with him as tries to talk Tom into delaying it.

“Do I have to talk to Cal right now? Can’t we do it later?” she begged.

“Get it over with girl. I’ll be right outside the door. Let’s go.”

Tom motioned for Cal to follow them to the small den. Turning on the fire, he kissed Cassie and went out, sliding the pocket doors shut behind him.

Cassie and Cal settled on the sofa in front of the fire, Cassie choosing to watch the flames rather than look at Cal.

“How you doing?” he asked gently.

“I’m fine.”

“Did the fire wake you or was it something else?” Cal began.

Cassie tried to take her mind back to the night before. “Willow was barking. She almost never barks. When I opened my eyes, I knew that there was a fire somewhere. Tom and I both jumped up and ran to look out. As soon as Tom opened the door he ran toward the fire. Willow was right with him,” she answered.

“Okay, exactly what happened next?” Cal probed.

Cassie took a deep breath and continued to stare at the fire. “Um… Cooter came up to the patio and asked me if I’d go with him so that we could talk. And I did.”

Cal said nothing. He looked at Cassie in shock until she quickly glanced at him before looking away again.

“Cassie,” Cal’s tone held warning and a little anger. “We know Cooter kidnapped you. There’s no doubt about that. Now, I need the details.”

Cassie sat quietly. How on earth could she convince Cal that she’d gone with a wanted fugitive in the middle of the night wearing only a nightgown? It was simple, she couldn’t. Nothing she said would make Cal believe her. So, she just had to stick to her story.

“He didn’t kidnap me. I went with him when he asked me to. It’s true,” Cassie said as the silence lengthened.

“Cooter Duncan comes to your house at three o’clock in the morning, after starting a fire on your dock, after bursting into my home and beating and terrorizing Jenny before nearly destroying the place, after shooting at the Burton’s and you decide to go off and have a chat with him barefoot, in your nightgown on a windy thirty-degree night?”

“Yes,” Cassie answered, with a calm she wasn’t feeling.

Cal stood and stared down at Cassie. Anger was filling him and he wasn’t trying to stop it. Cassie remained seated, looking at the fire and finally asked, “Do you have any more questions?”

“You’re sticking with that answer?” Cal asked incredulously.

Cassie nodded.

“I’ve never heard such bullshit in my life!” Cal exploded. “What the hell are you trying to pull?” he shouted.

The door flew open and Tom rushed into the room. “What’s going on?”

“I’m ready to wring her damn neck,” Cal spat out. “Or put her in jail for giving a false statement during an investigation. I’ll be back later. Tom, you better do something about her! I want the truth!”

Saturday Spankings - A new way of thinking

Welcome to Saturday Spanking. In today’s snippet from On the River, Cassie had given Cooter all the advice she knows to give. Basically, obey the rules in prison, take every class that’s offered, join AA, in general she has encouraged him to bloom where he’s planted and make a better life for himself even in prison. He wants to believe it can happen, but he’s worried that with the kidnapping charge he’ll never be released.

“They ain’t never gonna let me out now. Escapin’ and kidnappin’ and all I done. I’ll get ten more years for the escape and twenty to life for kidnappin’.”

Cassie was silent, taking in what he’d said. “In that case,” she said slowly, “there was no kidnapping. I’ll tell them I came with you willingly.”

“What? You’re crazy. They ain’t never gonna believe that.”

“They might and I’ll swear to it in court if I need to. If it’d been possible for you to just come and ask me to talk to you, I would have. So, it’s nearly the truth.”

“Your husband and the sheriff gonna think you came away with me in your nightie so we could talk?”

“Cooter, I want you to be as honest as you can be with the police, but it’s fine to say nothing to them, or very little. Eventually you’ll tell them you wanted to talk to me and that I agreed to come with you. Period. But until you’ve talked with the lawyer I’m sending, you don’t need to say one word! Not so much as a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ or ‘maybe’. Don’t say anything except, ‘I want to talk to my lawyer.’”

Cooter sat, obviously thinking, for a long time. Cassie stayed quiet. She thought she could almost see a change in his eyes as ideas, foreign ideas, new ideas passed through his mind. Finally, he spoke. “I don’t really want to die,” he told her in a whisper.

“And you’re not going to. Oh, honey, I can’t wait to see who you’ll become now that you’re willing to try. Please don’t let me down.”

Cooter quickly reached down to untie his huge boots. He pulled them off along with his socks, then slipped the socks onto Cassie’s feet. “Now stick your feet in my boots, least they’re warm.”

Cassie gave him a tired smile before adding one more thing. “Don’t ever doubt your courage again, Matthew. Turning yourself in shows courage. Being willing to fight for a better life, even in prison, takes courage. And one other thing that took more courage than you might have known – you called me an old woman earlier tonight. Do it again and you won’t have to worry about killing yourself. I’ll do it.”

Cooter gave a short snorting laugh. “How can you make me laugh when everything’s crap?” Cooter’s eyes took on a relaxed, almost happy look as he told her, “Yes ma’am. I’ll remember.”

Cooter looked at her again and saw that she was shaking with cold. He stood and took off his coat. He put it on her, gently guiding her arms into the sleeves. Cassie hugged it to her, grateful for the additional warmth.

There was another short silence before Cassie asked, “Cooter, what’s your real name?”

He looked at her in surprise before realizing what she was asking. “It’s Matthew. But my granny was the only one ever called me that.”

“Matthew,” Cassie said testing it out. Looking him in the eye, she said. “Matthew, just pretend you were born to me.”

He sobbed then and Cassie hugged him tightly. A few minutes later she told him, “It’s time to get us both back where we belong.”
