I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Time away and getting back together

My two days away were really great. I finished two books I’d wanted to read and I got plenty of time to write – well not all I wanted, I would enjoy non-stop writing for weeks and weeks. But it was fun. The place I stayed has beautiful gardens and places to read outside. The room was large, had a ceiling fan and a screen door I could open to catch the mountain breeze. Soooo nice. Here are a few pictures I took while I was up there.

I got home Friday afternoon and Mollie had to head out Saturday morning for her 30 + hour babysitting gig, leaving her poor dad and me all alone. The weekend before Nick had been out of town golfing. When he got back I asked him which he cared about more, golf or me. Sensing a plot was being hatched, Nick simply asked why I wanted to know. I just told him that if he cared for me as much as he did his golf game I deserved as many strokes as his stupid golf balls got! Now that seemed to spark his interest!

Now Nick a pretty good golfer so I wasn’t putting myself in too much danger. But as this weekend rolled around he decided to let me know he did care for me as much as golf. Saturday afternoon found me on the bed as Nick went over his golf games. On the first round he shot a 79. He began by telling me how many putt he’d had. He explained putts were fairly gentle strokes, changing implements he went back and counted how many approach shots there were and finally building up to the driver – wow! You must have to put your all into those shots. At least he seemed to as he was reenacting it.

Now he played 4 rounds of golf last weekend and we would have taken care of another one but somehow we got completely distracted and end up spending the next hour or so engaging in another weekend activity in which Nick excels!

Sunday we took care of another round of golf, he shot a 74, with similar results. Suddenly golf and hearing about Nick’s games is more and more interesting. But I did have to tell him that he’s going to have to be careful when he plays. I don’t want him shouting and jumping up and down when he makes a double bogey. We don’t want his golf buddies thinking he’s gone nuts. But if your man plays golf or even likes to watch it let me tell you this is one way to make the game way more exciting! Just pick someone to follow on a tournament and go for the strokes.

We have two more rounds from his weekend away if we get any private time but that's going to be scarce for a while. But you know how golfers are. I'm sure he'll remember exactly what he shot and hopefully he'll give me as much attention.

I've always been kinds glad that Adam has no interest in gold. Now I'm rethinking that. Wondering how I could get him interested....oh, wait! The Wii!!!

  3. Eva,
I'm sure Nick would be glad to take Adam golfing. And if Nick shoots in the 70's Adam would be able to whip your butt for days!

    Abby,
Hmmmm... we'll have to work on that. You know we can find a way to work spanking into everything!
