I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

I hope you'll stop by

I’ve been here in blogland for so long I sometime forget that there are new people coming by and reading occasionally. I found blogs nearly eighteen years ago and I’ve been here ever since. In blog year, that means I’m ancient.

When I first found blogs – found women like me who fantasied about spanking, who found it sexy and desirable I was stunned and thrilled. I could leave comments for these women, and they would answer me. I’ve made some wonderful friends out here. Through the blogs I found the courage to come out to my husband and ask him to spank me. He was stunned but willing.

We gave it a good go for about ten years, but bless his heart, he wasn’t a spanko at heart and after much starting and stopping during those last few years of trying, we just stopped. We still have a wonderful marriage and we love each other very much but we no longer do much spanking. I really appreciate that we gave it a good effort and I feel that overall, the experience improved our marriage.

For those who don’t know, long before Nick and I actually tried spanking for real, Cassie and Tom were my fantasy couple. Cassie began telling me her stories in my head when I was eleven and she’s still telling me stories. That’s where all the Cassie books come from. I’ve put the Saturday Spankings up over at PK Corey’s Reading Room for years – until blogger stopped letting me on that site. I still can’t get on so I’m putting the Saturday Spankings here on New Beginnings now.

I hope those of you who are not familiar with Cassie and her friends will come by each week and read these snippets. And please, leave a comment anytime you feel like it. Nothing, and I mean nothing, spurs on a writer anymore that someone talking to them about something they’ve written. Just a simple, ‘I liked that,’ will make a writer’s day. But it’s fine if you don’t feel comfortable commenting, come by to read anyway. Or you can email me at pk.corey@yahoo.com I’d love to hear from you.

Saturday Spankings - Cassie, ready to rant

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. I’ve moved on the next book, Cassie’s Conflict, the fifth in the Cassie’s Space series. In today’s snippet Cassie is trying to enjoy the new Country Club and its amenities, however there is one club member that is driving her crazy. Clara is loud, rude, crude and a definite bully. At Tom’s insistence Cassie is trying her best to stay away from the woman, but it wasn’t to be. In the dressing room of the club one day confrontation is unavoidable.

I was determined to ignore her until she added into her monologue “And all the kids they have working here is ridiculous. I’d like to get all their little asses fired. They are loud, rude, and disrespectful and they are probably robbing the place blind. I’m even scared to leave anything in the lockers with those little bastards around.”

That did it, I couldn’t take it one second longer. She is nothing but a bigmouthed, lying bully. The woman was no child, she's fifty if she's a day. I rounded the lockers shaking with anger. Making a superhuman effort, I tried to keep my tone and words civil I said, “You need to stop. The children working here are wonderful young people. I know many of them and some are as close to me as grandchildren. You are wrong about them, and you have no right to talk about them that way.”

Clara looked up in surprise, “Who asked your opinion, granny? Butt out of our conversation. It’s none of your damn business.”

The steam was building again. “No one can stay out of your conversations with your big mouth and foghorn voice. What gives you the right to belittle everyone who works here? The young people that take out the garbage and clean the toilets show more class than you do. You need to …”

“I need to what, granny?” she broke in.

It was getting tense, and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. I truly wanted to attack her physically. It could have gotten quite serious, but the attendant came in at that moment saying, “Mrs. Triplett, they’re ready for you in the massage room now.”

“Fine,” she snapped and brushing past me, intentionally bumping my shoulder as she left the room. “Out of my way,” she snarled.

I was so angry I didn’t know what to do. I was shaking with rage and nowhere to unleash it. I wanted to scratch her eyes out. Patty, the attendant tried to help me calm down.

“Are you alright, Mrs. Duff? They’re going to have to do something about that horrible woman. She’s hateful to everyone. Please don’t let her get to you. Did you walk over today – I can run you home if you like.”

I was so angry I could barely speak. I finally looked over and acknowledged Patty. “No dear, thank you, I’m all right,” I told her. “I drove.” I said as I headed out of the locker room – I had somewhere I had to go. Walking to my car I pulled out my phone and made a quick call. When it was answered I barked into it.

“Are you alone? Good, keep it that way. I’m mad as hell and I need to vent!”

I heard laughter on the other end as Sue answered, “I’ll be ready.”

By the time I screeched into Sue’s driveway she had made a pitcher of martinis. Normally we have a glass of wine in the afternoon, but Sue greeted me with, “You sounded like you might need something stronger.” She was right and I gladly accepted the glass, in hindsight probably not my wisest choice.

Cassie is one busy lady. The new country club/spa has opened and the whole gang is enjoying all the amenities. That is until a new club member, Clara, begins to ride roughshod over everyone.  The situation worsens until it becomes physical, but even that doesn’t stop it.

Cassie seems to find little conflicts everywhere she turns, but it’s not always her fault. Tom is overprotective about her health, sending Cassie into a tantrum. In addition, a few things happen on the girls’ trip that lands Cassie, as well as the other ladies, in even more hot water.  Through it all Tom is there to love and protect Cassie in his own unique way.

Cassie’s Space series

These ten books introduce Cassie. She is my friend and has been since she wandered into my imagination fifty-four years ago. She is married to Tom, the man who loves her in a way that makes my heart nearly burst with happiness for the two of them. He loves her, guides her, protects her and when necessary, spanks the fool out of her. I’ve been told that their adventures are exciting, funny and realistic. Their love-life is passionate and fulfilling – but you’ll hear no graphic details, Cassie is a lady and giving too much detail would not be proper.

Cal’s Law series

Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.

On the River series

In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!

These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking enthusiast, I know you'll enjoy it.

I’ll close today with a review on the latest book. This is one of the finest reviews I’ve ever had.

Starting with the first Cassie book until now, I have never been disappointed or failed to wait expectantly for the next one.

Bits and pieces

Brrr… I would complain about the cold, but since nearly everyone in the country is cold, I’ll let it go. But I’m still cold.

We had a great visit with the boys. It always seems fast because besides seeing us, the see Collin’s family and several of their friends who still live in this area. But we did have a nice ‘Christmas Day’ and Mollie cooked most of the Christmas dinner for us. I’m for anyone cooking but me. And no, she didn’t bring D around.

I was finally able to get all the Christmas decorations put away and get my writing room back to the way I like it. I enjoy Christmas so much, but having things normal and regular is pretty nice too.

We have a new neighbor as of Sunday morning. The ‘kids’ next door had a baby boy. They gave him a nice name, but they are spelling it so stupidly I want to smack them.

I feel like parents do this just to screw up teachers and make the child spend his entire life being slightly irritated and correcting anyone trying to say or spell his name.

Mollie and her menagerie are doing well. The older golden was the only one invited to Christmas at our house. She is so sweet and after a moderately exciting greeting she lays down and doesn’t bother anyone. The younger one, however, is always in your face. She wants to play ball but doesn’t want to give you the ball and she’s really, really would like to crawl right up into your lap as she thinks this over. I love her, she’s sweet, but she’s a lot to take. So she stayed home with a new chew toy that thrilled her, her older sister came here and happily got away from the little pest. But when we add the two boys, Mollie and two dogs to my kitchen (which is barely large enough for one person) it’s more than even I can take. Don’t worry she was here for first Christmas.

Here is the text Mollie and I shared the other day.

Saturday Spankings - The Consequences of Dating Another Man

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! In this last snippet from Cassie’s River Living, Cassie went out on a ‘date’ with Ryan to discuss how Ryan was treating Allie. Tom had teased her a little when she got home about going out with another man. But the next morning…

Mornings start so peacefully at our house. I sleep in the nude when we’re home. Our bed is large and luxurious, fluffy pillows and soft sheets. I was as comfortable and content as a woman could be, when I was wrenched from my sleep the next morning as our leather paddle let its evil presence be known with two or three hard swats before I could even move. As the pain exploded on my backside, I scrambled onto all fours, yelling like I was being murdered. Tom grabbed me around the waist and pulled me close.

“I think this is an excellent position.” He seemed downright gleeful as he paddled away. “Date another man, will you? And not even the decency to do it behind my back?”

What a way to wake up! That old devil was burning me up, but I could tell he was in such a good mood I couldn’t really be angry. “This is illegal!” I shouted.

“Illegal?” Tom stopped and began rubbing the leather paddle over my glowing bottom.

“It’s in the Geneva convention that you can’t spank your wife before she has her coffee!”

“Send your complaints to the Red Cross,” Tom suggested as he began with the paddle again. “Call me picky and controlling, I’ll give you picky and controlling.” Tom does not know how to spank lightly and I was burning. I think the mixture of my laughter and yelps of pain must be one of his favorite sounds.

As he finished up with one loud whap across my sit spot, he began rubbing. In his most authoritative voice he began, “Cassie, I have a feeling you haven’t been taking showers exactly to my specifications. I’m going to shower with you to make sure you’re doing it properly.”

Oh my! Now that was a shower. He lathered, massaged, and caressed every single inch of my body and I mean he left no part untouched. The hot water of the shower increased the sting in my bottom, but Tom’s soapy hands muted the sting, or at least caused me to no longer care. Evidently Tom had been right. If that was the way a shower’s supposed to feel, then I had not been doing it right at all.

When Tom had the bathroom redone, I had asked him why he had installed a second grab bar in the shower. The location just seemed off. Although he just laughed at me at the time, I soon learned that it would come in very handy. In fact, it came in quite handy during this shower. It is indeed a grab bar, although it has nothing to do with being aged or infirmed. I must say if this is the outcome of dating other men, I must give it more thought.

Cassie and Tom are happily settling into River Living. Cassie hoped that this peaceful setting would be enough to keep her out of trouble. But how can she stay out of trouble with Sue living at the river too? Staying out of trouble proves just too difficult.

Cassie is happy that Tom and Ryan are growing so close, but she is concerned about what relationship advice Tom may be giving him. Overheard conversations and statements from Ryan have her worried. Is Tom sharing his thought on adult spanking with Ryan? It seems so and when Cassie realizes that Allie is hearing these thoughts too, she’s worried. Cassie realizes she is going to have to try to explain things more fully. Can Cassie explain this way of life to eighteen-year-old Allie?

Saturday Spankings - Cassie's Advice

Welcome to another Saturday Spankings. This is my next to last snippet from Cassie’s River Living. After some talks with Allie, Cassie feels that Ryan is being too hard on the young girl. Cassie invites Ryan on a ‘date’ so that she can discuss the situation with him. They ended up talking for quite a while.

I was surprised a bit later to hear my phone chime. No one texts me. It was from Tom and it read, ‘Are Allie and I going to have to come get you two?’

“Gracious, Ryan, it’s after 10:30. You need to get me home before I turn into a pumpkin.”

I texted back that we were on our way. At home the back lights were on, so we headed around to the deck where we found Tom and Allie waiting for us. Both of them had curious, slightly suspicious looks on their faces. Ryan, grinning, took my shoulders and gently kissed me on both cheeks.

“I think that was the best date I’ve ever had,” he said gallantly.

Allie stood up, arms out in mock outrage as if to say, “What? Really?” I went up the steps and over to her to pat her cheek. “I guess some of us got it and some of us ain’t.” We exchanged hugs. “Shoo now, you all go on,” I told the children. “I’m tired and I want to go to bed.”

They didn’t tarry. I knew Allie was dying to find out about our evening. I really was tired. I smiled at Tom and lay my hand against his cheek. “I’m going to bed,” I repeated. “You coming?”

Tom reached up to take my hand and with one quick movement, pulled me down to sit on his lap. “Just a minute little Miss ‘You don’t own me, I can come and go as I please’. I expect a full explanation of why my wife went off with another man leaving me home alone and lonely. And if you don’t have a darn good explanation, I’m going to have a thing or two to say myself.”

I wasn’t sure how Tom was going to view everything I’d had to say to Ryan, but I knew he was going to have to hear about it before I was going to get to go to bed.

“Honey, I just needed to talk with Ryan privately. You talk with him all the time and give him your version of how a relationship should go. I thought it was time he got the real truth. A woman’s view, so to speak.”

“The real truth? Tell me, what is the ‘real truth’ according to you, my love?” Tom sounded very interested in hearing this.

I sat a minute, trying to regain some of my earlier anger and indignation. But curled against Tom, with his arms around me, it was hard to regain the feelings. “Tom, Ryan was being too hard on Allie. He was starting to become too controlling, spanking her for little picky things. He was getting nearly as bad as you, and I needed to put a stop to it.”

“Bad as me? Now what do you mean by that? I’m not controlling. And I’d never spank my wife for picky things.”

I sat up looking around in surprise. Tom followed suit. “What are we looking for?” he asked.

“Your other wife,” I stated simply. “I know you couldn’t have been talking about me.

“Cassie, sometimes I spank to keep you safe. It’s my job to keep you safe, isn’t it? Not that you pay attention to what I’m telling you half the time. You want me to say fine, you can do anything you like?”

“Yes!” I agreed with excitement. “I think we should try that for a while.”

“Too bad,” Tom chuckled, as he answered. “It’s not gonna happen.”

Oh well, it had been a long shot. I snuggled back down and lay my head on his shoulder. “I’m not complaining, honey. Yes, your bossy ways annoy the fool out of me sometimes, but I’m not fussing. I love my life just as it is and I don’t really want you to change. That wasn’t what tonight was about. I didn’t take Ryan out so I could complain about you. I just needed him to realize he shouldn’t be as strict with Allie as you are with me. I wanted him to realize that Allie is a smart lovely girl who has a good head on her shoulders. Ryan will end up driving her away if he thinks he can be as strict as you are. I know I was a handful when we got married…”

“When we got married?” Tom interjected, laughing. “You don’t think I have my hands full now? I know, I know,” Tom went on ignoring my sputtering. “But I want you to know I never advised Ryan to be picky or to be controlling, though I suppose he’s paid attention to some of your antics and he may have misinterpreted the way I handled it.”

Good way to shift the blame, I thought to myself. “Can we please go to bed now?” I asked. “Dating a younger man can be exhausting.”

Tom helped me to my feet and popped my bottom hard as we went in. “Yes, we may need to discuss your dating status.”

Shortly, I was curled up in bed with Tom at my back, his hand caressing me and I knew one thing for certain. Tom would never have to worry about another man.
