I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Saturday Spankings - Tom's in charge

Happy 250th America! And a happy 4th to those of you celebrating. Please try and keep cool. In today’s snippet from Suspicions on the River, Tom is being especially punitive and has told Cassie she can’t leave the hotel room until he takes her to dinner. After an excellent session of love making Cassie was sure he would change his mind – he didn’t.

Tom said, ‘You should have listened to me girl. You aren't leaving this room until we go to dinner. You might have thought you were being cute and funny slipping away, but you’re going to realize that doesn’t work with me. And you’re going to have all day to think about it.’

“The very thought of that made me so mad I couldn’t see straight. I think there was really some part of me that just wanted to give in and let Tom be in charge. But then he'd do something like that and somehow it would make me angrier than when he spanked me. I was still new to the feeling of being watched over. I really liked the feeling – until it ran up against something I wanted to do and couldn’t.

“I was furious in a flash and I came back yelling, ‘Tom you can’t mean that! It’s not right, you spanked me yesterday. We just made love! I thought you were over being mad. You’re not being fair!’ “I continued shouting, ‘You’re nothing but a big bully!’ I whirled away from him and jerked even farther away when he reached out to touch me. ‘Don’t touch me! Leave me alone!’ I yelled at him.

“Tom was still being Tom saying, ‘I’m not mad but actions have consequences. I told you yesterday that you’re staying in today. I don’t make idle threats. If you hadn’t been so defiant…”

“I pulled the pillow over my head and refused to listen anymore. When Tom got up to take his shower, I had a fleeting impulse to quickly dress and leave, but I was still sore. I didn’t want another spanking. I lay there, my mind spinning like a top. I would go to the luncheon at least. Tom would be in meetings and never know. Inside I would know I’d taken a stand for freedom, but I wasn’t ready to flaunt it in his face and risk another round with that evil brush.

“Tom tried to talk to me as he got ready. I jumped from the bed and stomped to the bathroom. Slamming the door I shouted, ‘I’m not listening to you!’ I hoped a long shower would help me clear my mind to think and I planned to stay in until after Tom left.

“Maybe fifteen minutes later, Tom came into the bathroom. I heard him call out over the shower, ‘Cassie I’m going now. Don’t even think of leaving this room today. You’re going to learn I mean what I say.’ I was way too angry to speak without saying something I would certainly regret. I kept my mouth shut as Tom left.

“I stayed in the shower a while longer trying to build up my courage for my escape plan. It was really just a token gesture I was planning. I had to leave the room for a while, but was lunch the best idea? What if Tom called then? Maybe the fashion show would be better. But what if it ran late or Tom got out of his meeting early? Maybe I should just run down for coffee? I was driving myself crazy.”

Annie interrupted, “Did you even think of just doing what he said and staying in the room?”

Cassie laughed. “No, that never actually occurred to me.

“But when I got out of the shower I was surprised to find only two small hand towels. They barely dried me and I headed to the phone to call housekeeping. As soon as I opened the bathroom door, I knew something was wrong. The bed had been stripped. At the foot of the bed were several more small towels and a note that read,

‘I felt you needed some encouragement to do as I said. Perhaps this will help.

Tom’

“I couldn’t figure out what was he talking about. I looked for my robe, but it wasn’t on the chair. When I opened the closet door realization finally dawned on me. Everything was gone, my clothes, Tom’s clothes, everything. There was not one thing for me to put on. The bed was stripped and I didn’t even have a towel that would go around me. I was a naked captive!”

All three girls howled with laughter as Allie added, “Tom is the smartest man in the world! He does know how to make you behave.”

“I wasn’t so impressed,” Cassie told them.

Suspicions on the River,

Book Three

(a Cassie’s family story)

Cal and Jenny have a nearly idyllic marriage. There are rare trips across his lap for minor problems, but most of those trips are just for fun. Could that be changing? Pat, Cal’s former lover, has moved back to town and she wouldn’t mind giving it another try with Cal. She feels he can’t be serious about this little twit that he married so quickly. Pat feels that once Cal realizes she offers him a better option, he’ll choose her. But soon mysterious things begin happening to Pat. Is someone trying to run her out of town? Could that someone be Jenny?

Cassie and the whole river family try to keep Jenny occupied and out of trouble, but suspicions just go from bad to worse. Both Jenny and Pat want Cal and they’re willing to fight for him. How dirty will this fight get?

 Cassie’s Space series

These ten books introduce Cassie. She is my friend and has been since she wandered into my imagination fifty-four years ago. She is married to Tom, the man who loves her in a way that makes my heart nearly burst with happiness for the two of them. He loves her, guides her, protects her and when necessary, spanks the fool out of her. I’ve been told that their adventures are exciting, funny and realistic. Their love-life is passionate and fulfilling – but you’ll hear no graphic details, Cassie is a lady and giving too much detail would not be proper.

Cal’s Law series

Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.

On the River series

In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!

These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking enthusiast, I know you'll enjoy it.

I’ll close today with a review on the latest book. This is one of the finest reviews I’ve ever had.

Starting with the first Cassie book until now, I have never been disappointed or failed to wait expectantly for the next one.
