I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Saturday Spankings - Tom has his say

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! I’m still in Cassie’s fifth book, Cassie’s Conflict. Having warned Cassie to stay completely away from Clara, Tom was not happy when he learned that, as the newspaper had put it, “Elderly Women Exchange Parking Lot Punches.” After learning the absolute truth of what all had happened, he let Cassie know of his displeasure.

“All right, Cassie Jane,” (I wished he’d stop using my middle name) “I want to hear exactly what happened.” The intent look on his face really gave me no choice. That man somehow sees inside my head when I try to hold anything back that could make me appear in a bad light, so I came out with the facts. Yet when I got to the part of exactly what I had said to Clara I hesitated. “Tell me, Cassie.” He insisted.

“She snarled, ‘What are you looking at, Granny?’ and I said… I said… that I was looking at one sorry assed bitch,” I repeated quietly. I didn’t think it was possible for Tom’s look to become any sterner, but I was wrong.

“So that was the trigger,” he said equally quietly. He just looked at me for a minute then he began briskly, “I want you to go wait in the bedroom for me.”

He waited fifteen minutes before joining me. He picked up the brush and sat beside me on the bed and pulled me across his lap. He was gentle while getting me settled, but ‘gentle’ went away when he started spanking. Using his hand, he started hard and fast. Oh my, he took my breath away. He wasn’t saying a word, he was just spanking.

I on the other hand had a great deal to say “Tom!... Owwww…, stop!... don't... too hard, too hard. Tom, she hit me first, what else could I have done?

“What could you have done?” he repeated. “Cassie, let me tell you what I’m not mad about.” I was just glad there was something he wasn’t mad about and that he had stopped spanking while he was telling me.

“I’m not mad that you can defend yourself. I’m not mad you hit Clara. I can’t think of anyone who deserved a punch in the nose any more than she did. Had she slapped you out of the blue I would be singing your praises for what you did. Do you understand?”

“Then why are you spanking me? She did slap me out of the blue. Tom, I never expected her to be physically violent.” I felt Tom lean over to reach the brush and steeled myself as I shouted, “Wait! You just said you weren’t mad!”

“Out of the blue? You had just called an angry, unstable, volatile woman a bitch. What did you expect to happen, that you two ladies would just have a polite cuss fight in the middle of the parking lot?”

Then he started with the brush. My lord, how can anything hurt so much? He was really going to town and still talking. I was trying to listen, but the sound of a thousand nerve endings in my butt screaming in pain was starting to drown him out.

“Understand this,” I heard him say when he paused in the spanking “It was not your job to take on Clara. Don’t you realize you took the most precious being in my life and flung her into true danger? Cassie that woman could have really hurt you – done you serious injury. She could have knocked you down, broken something. You have to realize that you are not thirty anymore.” With that he had gotten himself all fired up again and the next volley landed on my upper thighs.

I was in too much pain and too busy begging him to stop to acknowledge his blatant insult about my age. But finally, either my pleading got to him or perhaps his arm just got tired, but he stopped. I was trying to get control of myself when he reached for our lotion.

“No!” I cried. “Don’t touch.”

“Hush,” was Tom’s only comment as he gently soothed lotion into my flaming bottom. I hissed in pain, I just felt raw. He let me lay on my stomach on the bed as he got a cool washcloth and washed my face. Then he lay beside me to talk.

Cassie is one busy lady. The new country club/spa has opened and the whole gang is enjoying all the amenities. That is until a new club member, Clara, begins to ride roughshod over everyone.  The situation worsens until it becomes physical, but even that doesn’t stop it.

Cassie seems to find little conflicts everywhere she turns, but it’s not always her fault. Tom is overprotective about her health, sending Cassie into a tantrum. In addition, a few things happen on the girls’ trip that lands Cassie, as well as the other ladies, in even more hot water.  Through it all Tom is there to love and protect Cassie in his own unique way.

Cassie’s Space series

These ten books introduce Cassie. She is my friend and has been since she wandered into my imagination fifty-four years ago. She is married to Tom, the man who loves her in a way that makes my heart nearly burst with happiness for the two of them. He loves her, guides her, protects her and when necessary, spanks the fool out of her. I’ve been told that their adventures are exciting, funny and realistic. Their love-life is passionate and fulfilling – but you’ll hear no graphic details, Cassie is a lady and giving too much detail would not be proper.

Cal’s Law series

Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.

On the River series

In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!

These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking enthusiast, I know you'll enjoy it.

I’ll close today with a review on the latest book. This is one of the finest reviews I’ve ever had.

Starting with the first Cassie book until now, I have never been disappointed or failed to wait expectantly for the next one.

A great email from a stranger

If you’ve been reading here for more than a few posts, you probably know I’m very proud of my books. And I love to talk about them. A few weeks ago, I got an email from someone I didn’t know. She said she had met me at one of the craft shows and that she had brought two Cassie books. She wanted to know if there were any more Cassie books. I emailed back and told her yes, there were many more. She wanted them all and asked if I could meet her that Saturday morning. I sold her all the rest, sixty-five dollars’ worth. That email really made my day.

She asked that I let her know when any more came out. I promised I would. After a very long pause, for many reasons, I expect the next book, Undercurrents on the River, to be out sometime in March. And I’m working on writing the very last Cassie book now. Not sure when I’ll be finished with that one. But it shouldn’t be too long. And, of course, I’ll let everyone here know when they are available.

Saturday Spankings - Tom's not going to be happy

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. Today’s snippet comes from   Cassie’s Conflict. Tom’s work has taken him out of town for a few days. He hoped that having Allie, Ryan and Sue around would keep Cassie occupied and out of trouble. Unfortunately, Cassie is better at finding trouble than most people.

I walked Willow, I ran a few errands and late in the afternoon I headed to the club for a swim. I was in a good mood. I hadn’t spotted Clara there in several days. Perhaps she had slithered back from whence she came. After my swim I slipped on my sweats and a t-shirt, planning to shower and change at home. As I headed to the car, I saw Allie and remembered that she was helping with the church’s bake sale in the parking lot at the club.

I headed down eager to visit and indulge my sweet tooth without Tom there to keep my purchases to a reasonable number. But before I could get past my car, I spotted Clara bearing down on the table from another angle.

I stopped by my car in disgust. I decided to wait until she moved on. Buying sweets, however, was not what she had in mind. She started right in on the children, and I could clearly hear her from halfway across the parking lot, “Bake sales are unsanitary… no one knows whose filthy kitchen did this food came from… who know the ingredients…’ and on and on. Most of the children drifted away to the far ends of the tables leaving Ryan to speak with her. I stood by my car unable to turn away, but determined to stay where I was until she moved on. I couldn’t hear what Ryan was saying, but he had a pleasant look on his face as he calmly answered her.

His calm, unruffled manner seems to agitate her. And I bristled as she began waving her stubby little finger in his face. I heard her say something about, ‘blocking traffic’ and, ‘you’ve no business here’ and finally, ‘I’m speaking to the management’.

Since the group had asked for, and received, full permission to be there Ryan said nothing more as Clara turned and stormed toward the building – headed straight past my car. I clamped my mouth shut determined not to get involved. But I couldn’t stop myself from giving her a hateful stare as she passed.

She caught sight of me and snarled, “What the hell are you staring at Granny?”

“One sorry assed, hateful bitch,” I blurted out.

Heaven help me – I had no idea I was going to say that until I heard it come out of my mouth.

“Bitch?” she shouted, seemingly outraged at what I had just said. She headed straight toward me. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Ryan and Allie come out from behind the tables running our way. Before they could reach us, Clara slapped me, hard, across the face.

I hadn’t been in physical fight of this nature in over thirty years, but back in the day, I had more than my share of physical altercations and instinct took over. I learned long ago – never bring a knife to a gunfight, and anyway slapping isn’t my style. I balled up my fist and punched her full in the face. She went down like a sack of bricks, blood spurting from her nose.

Dates and babies and trips - none are mine

I haven’t been keeping you up to date on Mollie lately. The reason being that there’s much to tell. I’ve quit asking questions about D, but she’s opening up a tiny bit more. At least now if I ask her what she’s doing some evening she’ll say, “D and I are going out for dinner.” I couldn’t get that much out of her a few months ago. She seems happy and content with them going out about once a week and if she’s happy I am too.

We have offered to take them out to dinner one evening and I got a long silence and then, “I’ll think about it and let you know.” One interesting thing is happening. One of Mollie’s close friends, the only one that is married, is having a baby!

Mollie seems thrilled. The girl hasn’t told her parents yet. They are extremely judgmental and since the girl no longer attends church every Sunday, they will likely tell her she will be the cause of the baby going to hell. Yes, there are crazies in the world for sure. But… this child will have fun ‘aunts’ for sure. Mollie can’t wait and deep down I hope it gives her ideas. But only if it’s what she really wants.

I wish I had more for you – things are still nice and quiet and loving dull around here. Just the way we like it. Several of my friends have some really serious problems these days and it makes me very grateful for the calm in my world.

LJ is happy with his job. He sent me a video of the snow in NYC yesterday. I thought it was beautiful since I don’t have to do any of the shoveling. He is off to Costa Rica next month and Mollie is traveling to the Grand Canyon later in the month. At least the kids are doing exciting things.

Saturday Spankings -The consquences

Welcome to Saturday Spankings. I’m taking snippets from Cassie’s Conflict. After Cassie had a run in with the horrible Clara she went to vent to Sue. Unfortunately, she also over drank while venting and Tom wasn’t happy. After her shower the next morning she came into the bedroom to find Tom holding the dreaded ivory brush.

The idea of retreating back into the bathroom and locking the door occurred to me, but I’ve tried it before, and it’s never worked in my favor. Taking a deep breath, I curled up on the bed and made a desperate plea to save my butt.

“Now Tom, you just don’t need to use that brush. I’ve been good as gold for months now and that ought to give me some credit. Will you just listen to me about yesterday?”

“I always listen, girl,” Tom answered me. “But I’m very upset about yesterday and I can’t think of anything you can say that going to change that.”

Well, he was giving me the chance to talk and I was going to give it my best effort. “Tom, I have avoided Clara like the plague. I was trying my best to do as you asked. I worked at it trying to avoid this very thing, but someone had to say something. Tom, you wouldn’t just stand there and say nothing. You would stand up for your friends. I didn’t use foul language or attack in any way I just stood up for my friends.”

“And” I went on, when he didn’t immediately challenge me, “I stopped myself and left. I went to Sue’s to vent.” That stopped me for a minute. “Tom, I’m really sorry I drank so much at Sue’s. I promise that was not my intent when I went over, but she had made martinis and I just got carried away. Honey, can’t you understand I didn’t set out to make you mad or do anything wrong?

Tom came over to the bed – brush still in hand and pulled me over his lap. “I understand what you’re saying girl, but you need to listen to me.”

“Don’t you think I can hear you sitting up?” I ask in exasperation.

“I know I have your full attention this way,” He began. He quickly pulled my robe up and began with his hand. Talking didn’t slow him one bit. “I know Clara is horrible. I know something needs to be done about her, but you will not be the one to take her on. I don’t think she is stable and confronting her puts you in danger. I won’t have it. When I told you to stay away from her it wasn’t a suggestion.”

He stopped talking then and concentrated on spanking - forget what I said about only a hand spanking. He was into it, and I could feel my bottom searing. And I had a growing fear that if he was spanking this hard for just confronting Clara, I needed to find an escape before he began telling me what he thought of my drinking the afternoon away with Sue.

“Stop,” I pleaded. “Please, Tom. I’ll listen, I promise to stay away from the old witch no matter what she says, I will, I promise!”

A few more hard pops and he stopped and started rubbing. Goodness I was tender, even his soothing hurt. I reached back to try to get some relief from a particularly sore spot and tried to get up, but as I had feared Tom stopped me.

“Oh, no,” Tom said emphatically “we’re not close to done. Your temper tantrum got you into some big trouble. Just because you were mad you let that temper control what you did. You know exactly how I feel about you drinking without me. I’ve been very lenient about you and Sue having some wine in the afternoon but guzzling down two pitchers of martinis because you’re mad. I’m not having that.”

Oh heavens, with that he let loose with the brush and I nearly jumped out of my skin. That evil brush hates me, and I swear lack of use must have cause it to grow harder and harder. I didn’t think I could take it and it took every ounce of my self-control not to reach back. Tom didn’t spank long with the horrible thing, but it felt like yellow jackets in full stinging mode. Tom paused, flipping the brush and running the bristle side lightly over my stinging bottom.

He finally let me sit up and looked into his face. I’ll never be able to express how much I love this man. He smiled at me and brushed away the last of my tears. “You okay?” he asked gently. “Will you promise me to stay away from that awful woman? I don’t like spanking you hard, but I’ll do it again if I think you need it to stay safe.”

“No, that’s enough. I got it,” I answered reaching around to rub my bottom again, “Besides I’m going to be too busy to mess with Clara or do any drinking for a while.”

Tom narrowed his eyes at me again. “Now what are you planning?” he asked.

“You don’t need to worry,” I assured him. “But if you’ll let me borrow that horrid brush Sue won’t be sitting for a month.”

Tom laughed loudly, “This was your fault girl, not Sue’s. But if plotting revenge on Sue keeps you occupied you go right ahead.”

I survived the spanking, and I had no desire to make Tom any madder. So, I renewed my vow to stay away from Clara and to ignore anything she had to say. I planned to rise above it. That was the plan. I wished it had worked.
