Can you have jet lag if you haven’t flown? I’m wiped out. I can’t read, can’t seem to concentrate on writing and my darn leg hurts. So if some of this isn’t coherent, just try to decipher it the best you can.
After the accident the trip was pretty peaceful. We didn’t do any swimming. But we enjoyed lying by the pool and reading. We took an excursion on a boat/submarine. It stayed on the surface but when you went down stairs it was like a sub with large windows to view the reefs and the fish, very cool. We shopped just a little in Nassau, but we mostly enjoyed staying on the boat. There were comedian, magic shows, a casino, and the very best of all – Olivia Newton John in concert! She put on a great show. It’s hard to believe this beautiful woman is sixty-six as she dance all over the floor in her heels and tight black pants. Very impressive!
I hope to get my head together soon. I can’t get comfortable at night and I think that’s messing me up. I’m usually a great sleeper, I miss it. My foot is still swollen. It's hard to lay flat with your legs up. I can't write in that position and that frustrates me to no end. I'm just griping, I'm sure it will feel a little better every day.
