I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

First weekend alone!

Evidently Cassie's email has been hacked. If you get an email from her, it's spam - don't open it.

Our house is ours again! Our beloved children are back to their usual homes and they’re happy so I am too. And I’ll take a moment here to share that Mollie made the chancellor’s list with a 3.85 GPA. Only student teaching to go, amazing – Mollie was in middle school, thirteen years old, when I began here.

But now that they’re back to normal it’s time for Nick and I to get back to normal. That usually takes longer. I have a terrible time switching from mommy mode to PK mode.  But Nick didn’t seem to have a problem! Yesterday was Friday, our first Friday alone in over a month. I honestly haven’t given it much thought, but Nick was right there with Blondie’s paddle to remind me. I reminded him it had been a while and perhaps going a bit easy wouldn’t be a bad idea. Bless him – he pretty much ignored me!

My weekend wasn’t over. Saturday we finally celebrated my birthday – just over a month late. That in itself was a fairly substantial spanking, I’m no kid after all. Nick always chooses a different implement for each decade. It was a really wonderful afternoon, what’s better than a good spanking and some good loving.  Seems to me that Nick is ready for PK to make her a return and his insistence is the best way to get her back. Happy lady here!

  10. Yay for Mollie. That is exciting. Don't send her to California, teaching jobs are hard to come by. :-(
And yay for you. I love to see the progress. The paddle looks familiar.

    1. I think she can find a job in NC - they just won't pay her anything.
      The paddle is my favorite!

As for you - I am so intrigued by a different implement for every decade. I don't think we have that many implements! LOL! LOL!

Glad things are good with you!

    1. Thanks Katie, it was a great weekend. Spatula usually only comes out in the kitchen and we began in the bedroom. Yep, Mollie is doing great. Her student teaching begins tomorrow.

I don't see any way that paddle could give a "gentle" spanking, lol. A different implement for each decade--I like it! Hope you're feeling like PK is completely back. Mommy is never far behind. I get that. I do enjoy the empty nest though.

    1. I can't say she is completely back - but she is definitely popping in once and a while. I used to be an all leather girl, avoided wood when I could, but for the moment I'm the other way. Go figure. But I really like this particular paddle.
