I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

What to wear...

Do you remember when you were a kid and you REALLY wanted to do something, but you were just sure your parents were going to say no? I had a flash of this not long ago when I wanted to do something, I didn’t think Nick would object, and he didn’t – but Mollie, now that was a different story.

You see I’m the lucky blogger thats getting to meet up with Sunny soon. She and I made our plans to meet a while back and recently decided on a location. I’ve been lucky enough to meet with several bloggers over the years. Eve was first and Mollie was not thrilled about that at the time. She was about fourteen and very suspicious of ‘online strangers’, just as I’d taught her to be. During Eve’s first visit Mollie was very possessive, she couldn’t have marked her territory any more clearly if she’d peed on me.  But Eve soon won her over and they’re still friends.

Mollie was not thrilled when Nick and I flew to California to meet Grace, A Day in the Life, and Ceeci, who also had a wonderful blog at the time, Eve was along on that one too. Now when I had the chance to meet Florida Dom when he flew into our fair city one time Mollie was even more disapproving.

“Mom! You’re going to meet a strange man? Are you crazy?”

“He’s a really nice man and your dad’s not worried.” I pointed out.

“Well somebody needs to worry!” She pointed out.

But all my visits have gone well and she’d started to calm down until I mentioned I was flying off to meet Sunny. “You’re flying to meet her – all by yourself?” She knows I’m a little worried about flying, and I’ve never done it alone.

I confirmed that I was and the look I got from her reminded me so much of my mother. “And just what do you know about this woman?” she wanted to know.

I told her Sunny’s real name and her husband’s name and that I’d seem pictures of them both.

“That’s good,” she told me, “we know pictures can’t be faked.”

“I’ve talked to her on the phone – she let me borrow those outfits to wear when we went to LJ’s wedding.”

I continued to get ‘the look’. Finally she said, “You realize she’s probably a serial killer don’t you.” (She told me the same thing about Eva, Grace, Ceeci and Florida Dom).

“She is not!” I told her firmly.

“All right then, but before you go I want her phone number and her husband’s number and their home address.”

“Hmmm… about that home address. They travel around the country in an RV.” I told her.

Stony silence. Then, “Well, I guess that would make it easier to hide the bodies.”

Poor Mollie – but I still feel safe. My worries run to the more mundane. What do you wear when you meet a serial killer for the first time?

  1. Ooh PK...I am so envious that you get to meet up with Sunny! Not to mention all the other bloggers you've gotten to meet! Lucky you and lucky them to get to meet you!

OMG...Mollie's reactions had me rolling...especially the "...easier to hide the bodies.”

As far as what to wear...if you think you are going to be killed, wear whatever you want to be found in. LOL However, if you are planning on participating in the serial killings, wear black...hides the blood stains.

Have lots of fun and both of you are going to have to write posts!

    Hugs and Blessings...

    1. Cat, I appreciate your advice on the clothing - I'll check with Sunny and see which part I'm playing. I know we'll have a ball and I know we'll write all about it.

  2. Mollie has definitely inherited your imaginative powers. It is a sign of age when the kids start looking after the parents.
Hope you have a great time with Sunnygirl

    1. Mollie watched me care for my parents and she helped me a lot. I began really helping them as they reached their eighties, she seems to think she should be telling me what I should and shouldn't do now that I'm in my fifties!

  6. This SO made me LOLOL bright and early this morning, PK. I had a feeling it was you going to meet her. But wasn't sure. :). You two are going to have such a great time!!! I am very happy for you both!!

Perhaps you should don a plastic garbage bag. You know, like what you grab from the car when you are caught in torrential rain at a ball park or something without a rain coat. Prob make it easier for Sunny should she go all Dexter on you ! ROFLMBO.

Mollie is sweet to be so caring for her Mom. We do teach them to be very careful on the internet. You've done well! Have so much fun!!! And behave yourselves! :D. Many hugs,

    <3 Katie

    1. I'm dying to meet Sunny and I so wish some other were coming along. The garbage bag might be just the right thing.

Years ago Mollie pointed out that I was doing everything on line that I'd warned her not to do - giving out my real name, giving my address, MEETING the people in person. I agree with her and told her to keep all the rules I'd given her until she was fifty - then she could go with her gut!

  7. Isn't that sweet of Mollie. I remember you saying she wasn't happy about you meeting a strange man. But then I didn't think I was a strange man. I thought of us as being friends and I still cherish our lunch. Have a great time. I am really impressed you are flying there. You Go Girl.

    1. That's really it, I was meeting a friend when I met you and I'm doing the same with Sunny. But I can understand her fear since she's not here to realize how we've gotten to know one another.

  9. I love that Mollie is so concerned for your well-being. It is sweet. As for what to wear, I say wear whatever is comfortable...and running shoes just in case. ;-) LOL Seriously, I just know you are both going to have a wonderful time and I wish I was going along with you. :-) Have fun...and remember...details... :-) Hugs

LOl, PK I looooove your Mollie.
A girl who nows what she want....nice.

PK. I think SD will not bother at all in what you are wearing. Take something that you enjoy.

Hmmm..... I'm actually a little jealous .. But I know you will have a good time. I hope we get a very precisely account for all forbidden you did.

Should we start collecting money here in Blog Land for bail in case? .. Lol ..

    Hugs,

  11. Tell Mollie that I sympathize with her. I'm always having to watch out for my mother and her friends as they get into mischief.

I think it would be funny to meet a dd wife wearing prairie clothes. You know that's how we all pictured submissive wives dressing.

Have a wonderful trip and tons of laughs!

    1. Leah, that would be true - but neither Sunny and I are dd wives. We have brief moments of wanting that, but our guys are usually in it for the fun of it. Can't wait to share our stories.

  12. Oh PK, that last line from Mollie had me laughing so hard. She's right, but I don't think you have too much to worry about. Have a great time with Sunny, can't wait to hear all about it :)

Thank you for the laugh. This was awesome. She sounds like a very responsible young lady who will never fall prey to a serial killer.

It's wonderful that you get to meet sunnygirl. She has always struck me as an exceptionally kind and warm hearted person. You know, in that nice killer way...

    1. Minelle,
Our daughters are wonderful people aren't they! I'm expecting a story or two - but I don't think they'll be as wild as some would probably like to hear.

  15. You know there was one serial killer that only killed strangers. Since you and Sunny are friends, you don't need to worry about that!

How fun for both of you!! It will be an awesome experience for you both!

  18. Nobody said I wasn't a serial killer....but Bossman and I thought there would be too many witnesses!

As for what serial killers wear? Leather and lace...and they carry paddles and whips!

    1. So Mollie was right about you. But true about all the witnesses. Leather, lace, paddles, whip - this trip is looking good!
