I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

Two wild (?) women meet

I just love meeting new friends. Sunny is lovely, funny and we hit it right off – except for the serial killer things and all. But I did notice one little thing. I mean, I don’t want to say anything negative, but when you give someone a gift, shouldn't they be gracious?  I brought Sunny a gift, flew three quarters of the way across the country with it, and when I give it to her, her response is, “Oh hell no, I’m not taking that damn thing!”

Geeze, you try to be nice to some people. You see our friend Ronnie (Heart and Soul), was so sweet a few years ago she sent me not one, but two, real genuine English canes. I’ve really felt guilty keeping them both. And with Nick’s permission, and I hope Ronnie’s blessing, I’ve passed one on to Sunny. There are many reasons – I wanted to share the love, I want Ray to beat her ass with it at least once, and now that we only have the one, Nick will have to be gentle with it.

I shared these reasons with Nick; as to the last one he said it wasn’t a problem. He felt sure that if he ask nicely, Ronnie would probably send him another – please Ronnie, say it ain’t so.

We are enjoying ourselves and as we share our adventures soon remember one thing – we are both fiction writers!

  2. i think you did a wonderful thing sharing your gifts from Ronnie. pfft, the nerve of her, being so ungracious about accepting a gift LOL.

I wish you BOTH happy canings to come. (if you want some from Asia, let me know, we get them REAL cheap over in these parts.)

  3. SG sounds as gracious as you did when I sent you the canes and If I didn't know you better I'd think you were trying to get rid of them:)

Had I been joining you, the cane would have been my choice of present for SG.

Nick, yes, anytime you want a new cane just let me know.

So happy you both are having a wonderful time. Can't wait to hear what you both got up to.

    Love,
    Ronnie

  5. You are such a 'thoughtful' friend!
That cane may become a hot potato kind of gift.
Sunny will need to test it out! Hmmm is she a switch ? Run! She is a serial killer!

  7. Sounds like you both are having a wonderful time. I admit to being curious about a cane, but think if I actually had one I wouldn't be quite so curious, lol. :)

  8. Hi PK, omg what if you had had your luggage searched! just saying. How rude of Sunny but very understandable. If Nick breaks yours I could rustle one up for him too, so no problems there. Faerie, you don't want one trust me, :(
Glad you two are having a lovely time
    love Jan.xx

  9. Hey PK...you're out of the trunk! Sheesh...you need to use that 'gift' in Sunny for being so ungracious when you were so thoughtful as to bring her a gift!

Happy you two are having fun...yes we know you are both authors but ya gotta tell us the truth...leave the stories for your books. Just think...you two could co-write a story that takes place in Vegas...where Cassie meets one of Sunny's characters. :D

    Hugs and Blessings...

  11. How hilarious! A gift with a sting in its tail. Golly, what if your bags had been searched at the airport?! Hope Sunny enjoys it.....

  12. PK, the first time I met with someone from our community he gave me a bath brush. I didn't see it at first because it was in a gift bag with a box of candy sticking out so I didn't realize it until I got home. What a dirty trick and that 'gift' is still one of my least favorite toys. I try hiding it in the back of the drawer whenever hubby finds it.

Glad you both had fun. Did Sunny return the favor?
