K’s Sweetie, over at Surrender to Submission put up a survey, or a meme, that gave us some good information about her and asked the rest of us to give it a try. I haven’t done one of these in a long time. I had forgotten how much fun it could be. So here’s my information I hope anyone that’s willing will copy and paste this to their site so that we can learn more about each other.

What is your screen name?

I go by PK, I began as Elis but I was christened as PK by fellow bloggers. It’s a long story.

How long have you been practicing TTWD?

Just over 5 years. Practicing is a good word. Won’t says we know what we’re doing, but practicing can be fun.

What is your astrological sign?

Sagittarius

In what part of the country do you live?

Southeast! Very best place in the world, except for that pesky summer heat. But I hear that’s about everywhere now.

Do you have children?

Two fantastic kids. LJ – 23, living in New York City and Molly almost 19 heading off to college.

Do you have grandchildren?

Not yet but in a few more years I think that would be wonderful.

What is your favorite color?

Purple

What is your favorite day of the week?

Depends, when I’m working Fridays – I know I still have the whole weekend ahead of me. And in the summer when I’m not working Mondays – I know I still have the whole week ahead of me.

I have been lucky enough to meet the bloggers I got to know first 5 years ago, Eva, CeeCi, Grace. I also got to meet Mthc and David, who weren’t bloggers but were very active out here for a while. I think I would like to have lunch with most of the folks that blog out here but I think Rogue would be fun to talk with and I would really like to meet Ronnie.

Coffee, but not very often.

Sundrop, don’t worry if you’ve never heard of it. It’s similar to, but MUCH better than, Mt. Dew.

I don’t drink enough to have one.

Williamsburg, VA

Fall, if you can overlook that whole back in school thing.

Place you want to visit?

I really like staying home, but I’d like to go to NY to see LJ and Collin.

If you had to start all over again, would you still choose TTWD?

Yep, no doubt. Probably should have bought it up many years earlier.

Best piece of advice you can pass on about TTWD?

Be patient, with yourself and with your partner. There is one HUGE flaw in men – they can’t read our minds. This is a terrible shortcoming on their part, but we must learn to live with it. Give them a break and help them out once and a while.
