I have been a wife and mother for over twenty years. Now I am becoming my husband's lover, too.
We owe it all to my fellow bloggers who gave me the courage to come out to my husband as a spanko.
I do feel like this is a New Beginning for us.

The adventure begins

NOTE - I am not happy about the news out of New York this morning. We'll take any prayers you got to spare!!

Today is an important day. Today my boy is flying off to New York with his classmates to put on their showcase for the casting directors and the talent agents of New York City. You don’t need to tell me he’s not a boy, I know it but he's my boy. He is so pumped! I can’t wait to hear all about it. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers this week. I want him safe, I’d love for him to find a place to live, I’d love for him to get a job acting, I’d love for him to get a job period. Tuesday is the day they actually put on their performance. Much of the rest of the week will involve apartment hunting. I’ll let you know how everything turns out.

  1. Best wished for your sons journey.
I do understand whats going on, just last month my little brother finished acting school in Germany. So maybe the two of them will be starring in the same movie one day... :-)

  5. Disturbing news indeed. But I'm sure he'll be fine, and I hope he has a wonderful time.

  6. PK: You did a wonderful job of raising him and now it's time for him to spread his wings. He will be in our prayers but I'll be surprised if it's not a wonderful journey for him. Not that you won't be worrying.
