Had a good weekend, went shopping with my sister. The shopping was fun but the visit was even better. Our conversations would seem so disjointed to a stranger listening but they sure are fun for us. I’m not completely finished with my shopping but the end is in sight.
I wish I had more to blog about. I’m in a blank/blah spanking mode. There’s nothing going on on that front. And while I’m okay with that, I hate that I’m okay with that. It leaves me lacking in enthusiasm. I sure would like that back.
Meanwhile, on the weight front, things are going pretty well. I lost the pound I gained over Thanksgiving and another .8 on top of that. So far that’s a total loss of 11.2 pounds in 10 weeks. I just want to keep going. Of course it would be easier if I didn’t have to watch what I eat and exercise, but it doesn’t seem to work as well that way.
Wish I had something more exciting to blog about. Faerie said she wished her husband could read her mind. I’m afraid right now if Nick could read mine he wouldn’t find it very interesting. I’m working on it.
Well its only a thought but, You could finish the Cassie story!!!
ReplyDeleteI am sure Nick will give you what you need. He seems to have a way of knowing what that is even when you don't.

PK, the run up to Christmas can often feel like this.
ReplyDeleteWe are approaching the lowest point of the year, once we are past the solstice thing will start looking up.
Congratulations on getting back on track with the weight loss.
Love and warm hugs,
Paul.
So happy your weight loss is going well. Blah is a good way to describe that feeling, I hope it goes away soon for both of us.

C,
ReplyDeleteI’m working on it. Wish I could quit work and write for her full time. But I’m not positive it would really help.
Paul,
I really don’t think it’s the season. I go up and down all the time. Wish it wasn’t so but you get used to it. I appreciate you all letting me moan and groan about it here.
Faerie,
It will, trust me I’ve had lots of experience with this feeling. I’m glad about the weight too. Hope I can keep it up.
Abby,
Sisters are very special. Sometimes our husbands just start laughing when we are talking and ask “How on earth did you know what she meant from that statement.” We just shrug and tell them, it’s a sister thing.
Kitty,
Thanks, I like writing and posting and I certainly don’t always have something on topic to blog about. I’m glad you don’t mind reading about day to day life.
Sunnygirl,
An early gift would spice things up but I sure wish he would just grab a paddle once and a while for no reason and without prompting.
Ronnie,
You need to jump on Christmas girl! It’s gonna be here before you know it.
Thanks FD,
The weight loss always makes me tense. I worry even though I’m doing all right at the moment. I’m sure the blahs are temporary.
Kiwi,
I suggest joining WW before Christmas! I mean it can’t hurt. You can eat anything you want but it makes you think about it and be aware of the choices you are making. Asking won’t really work. To get rid of these blues it needs to be offered, not asked for. But I’ll be fine.
Hi. Congratulations on the weight loss. You are doing wonderfully with that. I am sorry to hear about the blahs. This is a difficult time for me as well and my mood goes up and down alot and I think that goes for alot of people this time of year. Still try to keep positive knowing at the end of the tunnel there is light. As for the spanking, I understand the need of it being offered and not asked for - not there yet either but I hope you get your wish. :-) Hugs, Terps
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say hi I have been a lurker with your blog for awhile.
ReplyDeleteI like the spanking stories you put out on Friday, and hope you do not stop putting up stories on Friday.
Hugs
