Welcome to Saturday Spankings. In today’s snippet from Secrets on the River, Jenny’s old friend, Kyle has helped Jenny get the drunken twins to her house. After putting them to bed Jenny and Kyle sit on the porch and talk. Kyle can’t believe she gave up her parent’s fortune to live in a tiny cabin with someone he considers an old man.

Kyle shook his head. “I could never give up my money. There’s not a woman in the world I’d risk my inheritance for.”

“Then I feel sorry for you,” Jenny said quietly. “Hope your money holds you close at night and tells you how much you’re loved.”

Kyle gave her a strange look for a moment before snapping out of it. “And speaking of holding you close, how’s the old fart in bed? Does he know anything but the missionary position? Good old, man on top, woman on bottom, get it over with quick.”

Jenny’s mind flashed quickly over some of their more memorable encounters before grinning at Kyle. “Yep,” she told him. “That sounds about right. And only on Saturday night in the dark. And we always leave our socks on.”

“Fine, don’t tell me.” Kyle pulled out his phone and ordered an Uber. “I’ll be here through August and my number’s the same,” he told her. “Call me sometime and we’ll go to lunch. I know you probably can’t afford more than two meals a day. So, it’s my treat.”

“Feel free to walk up to the top of the drive to wait for your car,” Jenny told him.

They both got to their feet and Kyle hugged Jenny, kissing her on the forehead. Not letting go, he told her, “I really think you’ve made a huge mistake. I can prove my point if you let me,” he whispered. “It’s Saturday night, it’s dark, and I promise to keep my socks on.”

Jenny pulled away and rolled her eyes. “Will you just go away before you piss me off even more?” She started for the door to go in. “But I do thank you for your help tonight. When you’re not being an arrogant prick, you’re not a bad guy.”

“With that ringing endorsement, I think I’ll take my leave. Seriously, call any time. I’ll be around.”

She watched him walk up the drive, truly feeling sorry for him and his screwed-up way of seeing the world.

Everyone has secrets, but most don’t have major implications. When Jenny tries to keep her weekend activities from Cal, the repercussions of him finding out land only on her. But some secrets are bigger and more far reaching. You would think that as long as Cassie, Sue and Annie have known each other, surely they could have no real secrets from one another. Cal and Jenny are one of my younger couple. The spanking in their relationship began mere minutes after they met, and Cal hasn’t let up much since. There relationship has it’s struggles, but these two are meant to be together. They live in the same town as Cassie and Tom and there is a lot of interactions among the character of both series. Jenny is not as reluctant as Cassie to openly discuss her sex life, so you’ll find a little more spice in this series.

 

On the River series

 

In this, my latest series, everyone is around – all the characters I’ve grown to love over the years are living on the area of the river that they call The Landing. Their lives, their adventures, even their spankings sometimes intertwine. By this time in the series, I’m just typing as my characters tell me what’s happening. And I love it!

These books do take you through time as it passes, but please don’t think you have to read them in order. Start anywhere. Just grab one and give it a try. If you are a spanking enthusiast, I know you'll enjoy it.
